The Gold Standard Community Services, Inc. (“GSCS,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) may communicate with clients, referral sources, community partners, volunteers, donors, and interested individuals through text messaging (SMS).
Consent to Receive Text Messages
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive text messages from GSCS, you consent to receive SMS communications related to:
- Appointment reminders
- Service coordination
- Program updates
- Community resources
- Event notifications
- Volunteer opportunities
- Follow-up communications
- Other information related to GSCS services and programs
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of receiving services.
Message Frequency
Message frequency may vary depending on your involvement with our programs and services.
Message and Data Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. GSCS is not responsible for any charges incurred through text messaging.
Opt-Out
You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying:
STOP
After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS communications unless you opt in again.

Confidentiality Notice
Text messaging is not a secure method of communication and should not be used to transmit sensitive, confidential, medical, mental health, emergency, or crisis-related information.

The Gold Standard Community Services, Inc does not share mobile numbers, text messaging originator opt-in data, or consent with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.

GSCS reserves the right to modify this SMS Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
